Kids Yoga and Cooking with Haris are classes where children can come and discover the world of yoga in a fun and energetic way, practising basic yoga poses and correct breathing & meditation techniques. During our class children will also be cooking yummy recipes using the most natural and healthy ingredients. A perfect combination for improving physical activity, body strength & posture as well as helping your little ones understand the importance of using healthy ingredients to help nourish their growing bodies!!

About Haris:

Haris is a Clinical Dietitian & Nutritionist, graduated from Surrey University UK in 2007; she has worked in many London Hospitals, including King’s College Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. She has her own private practise in Nicosia since 2009, consulting both adults and children.

Her passion for cooking and creating recipes, together with her love and enthusiasm for working with children inspired her to combine Kids Yoga (trained by Rainbow Kids Yoga London in 2013) with Cooking Classes for children!!!

Her aim is to educate and encourage little ones to adopt healthier dietary and lifestyle options. Learning about ingredients and how to cook from a young age gives the children the knowledge and tools they need to make healthier food options, Yoga teaches them self-love and self-respect which means they WANT to make better choices for themselves.
